I have personally tried this recipe and it is absolutely delicious! My kids love both Asian food and pasta, so this was a no-brainer to add to our menu last week. It’s super easy to make, extremely budget friendly and I had all ingredients sitting in my kitchen already.
I did make one small tweak. Instead of using cooked kale, I tossed in a few handfuls of cold raw baby spinach just before serving. It worked perfect! Lovely blend of flavor, texture and I managed to get those vitamins into the kids 🙂 Click the link below for this wonderful recipe.
