Both Independence Day and Canada Day are right around the corner and boy do I ever have a treat for you to serve – a red, white and blue cheesecake! This delicious creation can also be easily adapted for Canadians, by replacing the blue layer with a second red layer. What makes this beautiful cake even more unique is the fact it is a layer of cheesecake sandwiched between two layers of coloured vanilla cake – sure to please all of your guests taste buds.
